Suggested Use:

Adults: 20 drops diluted in fruit juice or water 2 to 3 times a day.

For skin conditions, you can mix 1 or 2 drops with the ointment prescribed by your doctor with a cotton swab and apply to the affected area following the ointment manufacturer's instructions.
