The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. Please note, after the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are able to be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with an U.S. address

Please do not return to supplier, we will not be able to refund your item if product is sent to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Flawed Items- Refund or Item Replaced Your Choice!

This doesn't happen often, however life mishaps happen and we have you covered. If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away. All we need is a photo to show the manufacturer that a defective item was sent and a replacement will be sent right away. Not to worry or return, we will make it right!
