We offer international shipping worldwide via FedEx and UPS services. We also provide domestic shipping throughout Brazil via Correios.


 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

 

All orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS for international destinations and Correios for domestic Brazilian destinations, with the following estimated service levels:

International Shipping (via FedEx):

  • FedEx Priority: 3 - 7 business days (Fastest available option)

  • FedEx Connect+: 5 - 10 business days (Balanced speed and cost)

  • FedEx Economy: 7 - 13 business days (Most cost-effective solution)

Domestic Shipping Correios:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 - 7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2 - 5 business days

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed, prepared, and dispatched after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Brasília Time (BRT)] will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing occurs from Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays.

Important Note on Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated in business days. They may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance (for international shipments), unforeseen logistical delays, or force majeure events.


 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions.

  • Destination country/region (CEP/ZIP code).

  • Selected service level.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Free Shipping:

  • Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website during the checkout process.


 

4. Customs & Import Fees (For International Orders)

 

For international shipments, buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Providing any required documentation to customs officials.

  • Ensuring compliance with local import regulations of the destination country.

We declare accurate product values on all shipments in accordance with international shipping regulations. Please be aware that customs procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.


 

5. Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.


 

6. Delivery Procedure & Considerations

 

  • Recipient Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, incurring additional redelivery fees at the customer's expense.

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


 

7. Shipping Restrictions

 

Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from import into some countries (e.g., liquids, aerosols, batteries, specific types of cosmetics or foods). It is the customer's responsibility to verify local regulations of the destination country before placing an order. BuyBrazil is not liable for items seized or returned by customs due to import restrictions.


 

8. Returns & Shipping Costs

 

  • Our Error: If a return is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Returns (Right of Withdrawal): For returns initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind within the legal withdrawal period), the buyer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
