30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds after this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Opened media (books, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, video games, etc.)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned after 30 days (subject to approval)

  • Items not in original condition (damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of use)

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about your refund status.

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

Late/Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
